Whether you need help setting up a new Kindle or you can't figure out how to ignore your weird son-in-law on Facebook, the support team will do our best to help you. Appointments are limited to 30-45 minutes, but if we can't answer all of your questions, we'll happily schedule a follow-up appointment.
